FurniCraft started in a small workshop with one rule: every joint must be cut by hand. No shortcuts, no MDF veneers, no flat-pack compromises. Just solid timber, honest craft, and furniture worth passing down.

What wood species do you use?

We work primarily with American black walnut, white oak, and hard maple — all sourced from FSC-certified mills in North America. Each species is selected for grain character, structural strength, and its ability to age gracefully over decades.

How long does delivery take?

Most in-stock pieces ship within 5–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items take 6–10 weeks. We will email you a tracking link and schedule a two-hour delivery window that works for you.

Can I customise dimensions or finish?

Yes — most of our furniture is available in custom sizes and a range of finish options (natural oil, matte lacquer, or soap finish). Use the product page configurator or email us at custom@furnicraft.com to discuss your requirements.

What does the 10-year guarantee cover?

Our guarantee covers structural integrity — joints, frames, and moving parts. If anything works loose, cracks under normal use, or a finish fails within 10 years, we repair or replace it at no cost to you. It does not cover damage from misuse or exposure to extreme humidity.

Do you offer a returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for stock items in their original condition. Custom pieces are non-returnable, which is why we encourage you to request a free sample of your chosen timber and finish before ordering.

How do I care for solid wood furniture?

Wipe spills promptly with a dry cloth. Oil-finished pieces benefit from a light application of wood oil every 6–12 months. Keep furniture away from direct heat sources and prolonged direct sunlight to prevent uneven drying. We include a care card with every order.
